Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how Bondlife Wellness Community uses cookies and similar technologies on our website and member platform. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies and similar technologies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage and pixels. They help websites function, remember preferences and understand usage.

2. How we use cookies

We use the following categories of cookies:

  • Strictly necessary — required for the Platform to function (e.g. keeping you signed in, security, load balancing). These cannot be switched off in our systems.
  • Functional — remember choices such as notification preferences where implemented.
  • Analytics — help us understand how visitors use the Platform so we can improve content and navigation (only where enabled and, where required, with consent).

3. Cookies we use

The table below describes cookies commonly used on the Platform. Names may vary slightly by deployment.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies for behavioural advertising on the Platform.

  • bondlife_session (or similar) — Strictly necessary — Authenticates your member session — Session / up to 30 days — First party.
  • csrf / security tokens — Strictly necessary — Protects forms and API requests — Session — First party.
  • notification_prefs — Functional — Stores in-session notification UI state — Session — First party.
  • ph_* / posthog (if enabled) — Analytics — Product usage analytics — Up to 12 months — Third party (PostHog).

4. Mobile application

Our mobile app may store session tokens securely on your device (e.g. secure storage) rather than browser cookies. Push notification tokens are registered to deliver event reminders you opt into. See the Privacy Policy for details.

5. Managing cookies

  • Use your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Guidance is available from your browser provider (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge).
  • Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent sign-in and use of member features.
  • Where we implement a cookie consent banner for non-essential cookies, you can update preferences at any time via the banner or site settings.

6. Third-party content

Embedded content (e.g. maps, videos) may set cookies from third parties. We do not control those cookies; please review the relevant third-party policies.

7. Updates and contact

We may update this Cookie Policy when we change technologies or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date shows when it was last revised.

Questions about cookies can be sent via our Contact page.
