1. About our services

Bondlife Wellness Community provides wellbeing education, community support, events, resources and related services across the UK. Content on the Platform is for general wellbeing information and peer/community support.

The Platform does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or emergency care. It is not a substitute for advice from qualified health professionals. In an emergency, call 999 or use NHS 111. If you are in crisis, contact Samaritans on 116 123 or text SHOUT to 85258.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to register (or older if local law requires).
• You must provide accurate, current registration information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised access or security breach.
• We may refuse registration or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to others.

3. Bookings, events and attendance

• Event availability, pricing, capacity and location are shown at the time of booking.
• A booking is confirmed when you receive confirmation (and payment, if applicable, is successful).
• You must present a valid ticket or registration reference for check-in where required.
• We may cancel or reschedule events for operational, safety or weather reasons; we will notify you and explain refund or transfer options where applicable.
• You are responsible for your own health and safety when attending events; disclose relevant accessibility or health needs when booking where requested.

4. Payments, subscriptions and refunds

• Paid events and memberships are processed via our payment provider (Stripe). Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Subscription fees recur according to the plan selected until cancelled via your account or billing portal.
• Refund and cancellation terms for specific events or plans are displayed at checkout and form part of your agreement for that transaction.
• Failed or disputed payments may result in cancelled registrations, suspended membership benefits or account restriction.
• We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Community spaces must remain respectful and supportive. We may remove content or restrict access that violates these rules or our community standards.

• Use the Platform unlawfully or in breach of these Terms.
• Harass, bully, discriminate against or threaten other members, staff or volunteers.
• Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, infringing or otherwise harmful.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data.
• Scrape, reverse engineer or overload the Platform except as permitted by law.
• Use the Platform to provide unauthorised commercial services or spam.
• Share confidential information of other members without consent.

6. Member content and licence

You retain ownership of content you submit (posts, comments, profile information). By submitting content, you grant Bondlife Wellness Community a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, display and distribute that content solely to operate, promote and improve the Platform and our services.

You represent that you have the rights to submit content and that it does not violate third-party rights or applicable law.

We may moderate, remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

The Platform, Bondlife Wellness Community branding, design, software, and original content (excluding member submissions) are owned by Bondlife Wellness Community or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute our materials except as permitted by these Terms or with our written consent.

8. Third-party services and links

The Platform may link to third-party websites or integrate third-party services (e.g. payment, maps, video). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies or practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Wellbeing content is informational; outcomes vary. Bondlife Wellness Community does not guarantee specific health or fitness results.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to the above, Bondlife Wellness Community shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, or loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunity arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total aggregate liability to you for claims arising from use of the Platform in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid to us in that period or (b) £100, except where law requires otherwise.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bondlife Wellness Community, its officers, employees and volunteers from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your content, or your misuse of the Platform, except where caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, create security risk, or where required by law. You may close your account at any time via settings or by contacting us.

Provisions that by nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law) will survive.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their local courts where permitted by law.

If you are a consumer, you may also use alternative dispute resolution schemes where applicable. We will consider good-faith resolution of complaints via our Contact page before formal proceedings.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes affecting registered members may be notified by email or in-platform notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
